Sick Leave Not Being Replaced at Hillgrove House

HSU members at Hillgrove House have raised concerns about sick leave not being covered leading to increased workload demands. Excessive workloads are a known workplace hazard and as such, need to be reported.

Members are encouraged to report these workload concerns:
  • To the Registered Nurse on duty
  • Via the risk reporting system on LeeCare as a hazard and a risk to worker and resident safety
  • To your Health and Safety Representatives (HSRs) or WHS Committee members for follow up and action at WHS Committee meetings
Workload management and workplace safety are important Union business!
