Urgent Meeting: Allied Health Directors and Senior Managers – Pay and Classification Reform

Dear member,

 

HSU members employed as Directors or Senior Managers of multi-disciplinary workforces are invited to an urgent and critical member only meeting in relation pay and classification changes.
 
The meeting is open to members who fit the following criteria:
  1. Director of an allied health workforce across a district, network, facility or other geographical span; or
  2. Directors of a multidisciplinary and/or integrated service responsible for several classifications; or
  3. Senior managers of multiple allied health workforces if you are currently employed under the Health Managers (State) Award.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed pay increase for senior allied health leadership roles in the current HSU allied health award reform process.
