You Spoke, GenesisCare Listened!

Wednesday 25 February, 2026

GenesisCare met with your bargaining representatives on Tuesday 24 February to present their improved offer. GenesisCare advised that they have listened to members’ feedback and this offer is the result.

GenesisCare will be presenting information sessions over the next few weeks to all staff. HSU members are encouraged to attend and ask questions about anything you feel needs clarification.

What’s next:
  • Review the offer via this link and complete this survey to provide your feedback. Survey closes 10 March 2026.
  • HSU representatives will present members’ second round of feedback at the next formal meeting, date TBA.

Your feedback is how we achieve the agreement that you want and deserve.

For any questions or to find out more, please reach out to your HSU Organiser/Delegate or your Member Services Division on 1300 478 679.
