GenesisCare members: The wait is almost over

HSU members working at GenesisCare have been very vocal about what you need from this agreement to ensure you have the workplace you deserve.
Late last year, GenesisCare provided their first bargaining offer to members. The response from members was that this was not good enough and sent GenesisCare back to the drawing board. Since then, GenesisCare have been working on a second proposal for members to consider.
GenesisCare executives have invited your HSU bargaining representatives to a meeting on Tuesday 24 February 2026 to hear what the improved offer is.
What happens next:
- Members will receive a HSU email asking for your feedback to the offer.
- HSU bargaining representatives will then meet with GenesisCare and present your responses.
