During this bargaining process GenesisCare management has provided staff with three financial offers- and all of them have fallen short. GenesisCare members are already behind market value and instead of closing the gap these offers would only continue to widen that gap and had required you to trade off conditions. The most recent survey HSU members completed asked what members are willing to accept. Overwhelmingly members have said you would accept 7% in year one, 4% in years two and three with no trade-offs on leave loading, Your HSU Bargaining Team has now written formally to GenesisCare to update them on members’ counteroffer You can view that email by clicking here Members will be updated on GenesisCare’s response as soon as it is received.
