Bargaining at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT is officially underway for the new Enterprise Agreement (EA). This is our chance to have a real say in the things that matter at work, including our pay, hours, leave, rostering and working conditions.
- All HSU members are encouraged to have their say on the priorities for the new agreement by completing a short survey through the following link: https://bit.ly/4bY1Rko
- Your Enterprise Agreement sets your pay and conditions at work.
- Bargaining is being led by HSU members who work at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, supported by HSU Industrial Officers.
HSU members will be kept updated as negotiations progress. If your colleagues are not yet HSU members, encourage them to join today at www.hsu.asn.au/join so they can have their say in the Union Log of Claims.
