Guide Dogs EA: Is the offer good enough?

Guide Dogs EA: Is the offer good enough?

Have your say about Guide Dogs offer by completing this short survey

HSU members at Guide Dogs recently met online to discuss management’s proposed enterprise agreement offer. Following discussions, many members expressed serious concerns that the offer is not good enough and does not reflect the value of the work performed by staff.

Almost all union claims have been rejected by management and members raised concerns that the wage offer does not keep up with inflation and cost of living pressures.

HSU members are now completing a short survey to democratically decide whether members should reject the offer and continue campaigning for an improved agreement.
