Bone Marrow Transfer Lab Changes at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH)

NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) has notified the HSU of proposed changes within the Bone Marrow Transfer (BMT) Lab at RPAH. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim consultation has already occurred with staff who have agreed to trial an 8am start on high activity days. No further detail has been provided in relation to this trial e.g. how long it would be and how many days are “high activity days”.
- Management have also stated that they plan to seek feedback only once the trial has already commenced, prior to meeting their obligations to consult on this change with HSU members.
- The letter suggests that this is a minor change that all staff involved agree with, so it is vital that members’ thoughts are heard.
