EA Bargaining at Guide Dogs NSW/ACT

The Notice of Employee Representation Rights (NERR) has been issued by Guide Dogs NSW/ACT, which means that the Enterprise Agreement (EA) bargaining process has begun.

  • Guide Dogs has notified staff of their intention to start the bargaining process with first bargaining meeting to be held before the offices closure in December 2025.
  • After the holiday period, bargaining meetings will resume on a three-weekly cycle in February 2026 until the negotiations conclude.
  • Our next steps as a Union will be to survey HSU members to determine our top priorities for the next iteration of the GDN EA, with the formation of our bargaining committee following shortly after.
