Forensic Medicine Social Work Model Changes within Forensic & Analytical Science Service (FASS)

NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) has notified the HSU of its plan to engage in a discovery phase intending to improve alignment of the FASS structure. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Whilst at this stage there are no specific proposed changes, this process is intended to reveal where changes may be needed which impact social workers.
- This would involve considering the roles, capability requirements, tasks and accountabilities, and career pathways for social workers.
- NSWHP claims it intends to collaborate with staff and consider thoughts and feedback, with any proposed changes to be formally consulted on with the HSU.
