Kids Simulation (KSA) and Critical Care Simulation (CCS) Restructure at Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN)
Dear member,
A restructure within Kids Simulation and Critical Care Simulation is being proposed by SCHN. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal would combine the two separate simulation services into a single Simulation service under the governance of the SCHN Education and Simulation Service.
- As a result of this amalgamation, there would be a number of positions deleted, and despite a number of positions being created to offset those deleted positions, it looks like there would still be an overall FTE reduction.
- Along with the deletion of positions, there would be a number of reporting line changes along with some other changes to specific roles.
