Mental Health Consultation Liaison (MHCL) Team Restructure at North Canberra Hospital (NCH)

Canberra Health Services (CHS) is proposing a restructure within the MHCL Team. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- The proposal involves the extension of hours for staff in the MHCL team at NCH to ensure coverage seven days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Currently the MHCL team operates extended hours Mon-Fri with reduced hours coverage on weekends and public holidays.
- The proposed future model would see 2 clinicians rostered on the morning and evening shift every day. Funding has been approved for this proposal.
