Personal Leave Evidence Requirements at Scenic Lodge

On 18 December all staff at Scenic Lodge received an email from your Residential Care Manager advising that all absences from work between 22 December 2025 to 4 January 2026 will require a medical certificate.
Anglican Care members may also provide a statutory declaration for an absence from work in lieu of a medical certificate as prescribed in The Anglican Care NSWNMA and HSU Enterprise Agreement 2017-2020 specifically clause 22.10 Notice and Evidence Requirements (c)
