HSU members at Estia Dalmeny have raised concerns about potentially being underpaid for attending training and meetings on their days off.
- Your Enterprise Agreement provides a minimum engagement payment of two hours for casual employees and four hours for all other employees.
- Attended training or a meeting on your day off? Check your payslip to make sure you were paid the minimum number of hours.
- Didn’t get the right pay? Send your payslip and the training/meeting details to your Organiser so this can be raised with HR/payroll for correction and potential backpay!
