HSU members have reported numerous concerns across Estia Health facilities in Queensland, of incorrect procedures around paid training.
Feedback is being sought from HSU members about mandatory training requirements in your workplace.

Did you know that under Clause 16 Learning and Professional Development of the QLD Estia Enterprise Agreement 2024, you are entitled to be paid for your mandatory training?
If you suspect that you are not being paid correctly or have any questions- please contact your union Organiser or HSU delegate.
