Ramsay Health Care has advised of relocation of services for Ramsay Clinic Thirroul. You can see the correspondence here.
 
Your employer must properly consult with you and your colleagues before any services can be relocated.
  • No decisions without consultation: Members must be genuinely consulted with along with your union representative before any changes can be made, keeping in mind your personal circumstances
  • Relocation affects you and your colleagues: redeployment, travel, job security and wellbeing. These impacts must be identified and addressed.
  • Contact the union as soon as possible. Your feedback is essential to ensure your circumstances are properly represented during consultation.
