Still no wages offer from Ramsay!

Your HSU bargaining representatives met with Ramsay yesterday for the 4th bargaining meeting. Unfortunately, Ramsay are still only considering back pay and some classification changes but have not put a wages offer on the table.
 
Ramsay has maintained its position of no to:
  • Reproductive Leave
  • Special Personal Leave
  • Leave loading on Additional Leave
  • Commencing bargaining before the agreement expires
  • Overtime for hours worked over ordinary 8 hours
  • And many other claims
Complete this short survey to accept or decline Ramsay’s LOCs. Survey closes Wednesday 13 May at 5pm.
 
Progress at the bargaining table only happens when workers are united. If you want better wages and conditions, now is the time to stand together in support of your bargaining campaign.
