Overdue notice: Ramsay it’s your move!

Despite HSU members requesting a timeline for the commencement of bargaining, Ramsay has still not set a date to begin negotiations. You were due your pay increase in December 2025. With continued delays in starting bargaining, any new pay increase is being pushed further and further away. Every delay costs you the pay you deserve.
- HSU has made it clear: members are ready to bargain for better pay and improved conditions. Ramsay must now come to the table.
- A petition has been developed demanding that the employer immediately commences bargaining.
- Print the petition HERE, sign it, and ask your colleagues to sign. Show the employer that you are standing together and expect negotiations to begin without further delay.
When workers stand united, employers are forced to listen.
