Ramsay: Your pay increase in overdue

Your Enterprise Agreement expired in November 2025, and you are now overdue for a pay increase. This is the final opportunity to have your say in the member survey for what you want included in your next Agreement.
 
The survey is how you share what matters most to you: pay rises, safe staffing levels, allowances, leave, and improved conditions. Your responses will shape HSU’s log of claims and strengthen your position at the bargaining table.
 
Complete the survey here before it closes on Friday 16 January.
 
Strong outcomes are won when members speak up and stand together. If you haven’t completed the survey yet, do it now — and make sure your colleagues do too. Every response counts.
