St Vincent’s Healthcare Bargaining Update

Wednesday 27 May, 2026

Dear member,

Your HSU bargaining representatives met with representatives from St Vincent’s Healthcare Australia (SVHA) yesterday to continue negotiations for your new enterprise agreement

Your employer provided a wages offer and responded to your log of claims.

SVHA has proposed:

  • 6%, 3% and 3% wage increases over the life of the agreement.
  • Back pay to January 2026
  • The ability to accumulate up to two weeks of TOIL over a 12-month period.
  • Allied Health employees being covered by the agreement

There are still many outstanding claims that members are fighting for. Come to our important meeting on Thursday 4 June at 6:30pm to discuss the offer, outstanding claims and your priorities moving forward. Register here.

Together, we decide what we are prepared to fight for.

For any questions or to find out more, please reach out to HSU Organiser Prue Irvine at prue.irvine@hsu.asn.au or your Member Services Division on 1300 478 679.
