Uniting Enterprise Agreement Update

Your HSU Bargaining Committee met with Uniting again as part of the ongoing negotiations for a new enterprise agreement. Uniting advise that they will be ready to provide preliminary written responses to your claims at the next meeting on 24 November.
- These responses will finally give us a clear picture of claims they’re willing and aren’t willing to support, and alternatives for workers to consider.
- This is an important step — because once Uniting’s positions are received, members can properly assess whether their proposal meets the needs you’ve identified across the service.
