Additional Public Holiday - Cater Care Staff

If you are a permanent employee who transferred employment to Cater Care under the Anglican Care food services outsourcing, you are entitled to an additional public holiday. As per the Anglican Care NSWNMA and HSU Enterprise Agreement 2017 – 2020 clause 19.5 (c) (ii), this is a paid leave entitlement.
- You are entitled to an additional public holiday on either 29, 30 or 31 December 2025.
- If you are working on one of these days you can elect to be paid the applicable public holiday rates. If you are not working you can elect one of these dates to be paid as a public holiday.
- To access this entitlement please email your Manager with your request to access this paid entitlement.
