Carparking Payment Policy change at The Sutherland Hospital 03/02/2026

Further to the newsletter sent out on 9 December 2025, HSU members are advised that:
- Until the Ministry of Health (MoH) finalises the two issues of contention in the over-riding policy PD 2025_023 Hospital Car Parking Fees (specifically, what to charge part-time staff and staff with flexible working arrangements), The Sutherland Hospital (TSH) will continue to allow staff to nominate the number of days they require access to the carpark.
- TSH will not cancel any parking passes for staff who are yet to transition to the salary deduction model.
- Once the MoH Policy is finalised, HSU members will be provided a further update.
