Your HSU Bargaining Committee has prepared a Log of Claims based on the feedback members provided in the recent survey. We are now asking all members to endorse this Log of Claims through a short survey.
  • The Log of Claims includes key improvements to pay, staffing, safety, and career progression, reflecting what members said matters most.
  • Your endorsement will give the Bargaining Committee a clear and united mandate when we present the claims to management at the next meeting.
  • A short endorsement survey has been released — please complete it now to ensure your claims are a representative democratic bargaining platform.
