HSU members have now endorsed the Log of Claims for your new Enterprise Agreement, and this has been formally tabled with management. Your Log of Claims reflects the real issues raised by workers across the facility.
Your HSU Bargaining Committee, made up of HSU delegates and active members from across the workplace, will meet with management this Wednesday to begin working through:
- The day-to-day pressures staff are facing
- Structural issues in staffing, workload, and safety
- The improvements workers have clearly said must be in a new agreement
