​After a long period of delay, Goodwin has finally tabled a wages offer and completed the latest draft of the Enterprise Agreement. HSU members now need to have their say on the offer and the key conditions that have been proposed.
 
Key points:
  • Fill out the survey to have your say on whether the offer meets your expectations and whether negotiations should continue.
  • Review your wage rates – Goodwin has supplied updated wages tables showing what you would be paid under the proposed EA.
  • Your feedback will determine whether HSU members push for further improvements or prepare for a NO vote campaign.
