Minchinbury Manor – Nominally Expired Enterprise Agreement

Following enquiries about renewing the Minchinbury Manor Enterprise Agreement which nominally expired in December 2018, HSU members have written on two occasions to management asking when they intend to start renegotiating the agreement.
 
To date there has been no response. This means that HSU members will need to get active for a new agreement. HSU members can apply to the Fair Work Commission for a Majority Support Determination to compel the employer to bargain in good faith. To do this, it must be shown that a majority of employees want to bargain.
