Bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement is now underway at Stella Maris, giving HSU members a real say on pay, conditions, and workplace rights.
  • Your enterprise agreement sets your wages, leave, rostering provision, consultation rights, and other entitlements.
  • HSU delegates and organisers are representing members in bargaining and preparing the Log of Claims based on member feedback.
  • All members are encouraged to complete the bargaining survey so we can set clear, strong claims for negotiations.
