This is what we're fighting for at Stella Maris

HSU members at Stella Maris have now formally tabled their Log of Claims with management as part of bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement.
These claims come directly from HSU member surveys and workplace consultation, and reflect the key priorities workers have raised for the new agreement. Members are seeking:
- A fair pay increase that recognises the work you and your colleagues do.
- Improvements to staffing, rostering and workplace conditions.
- Better recognition of skills and responsibilities, including allowances and career development.

Management will now review these claims and respond at the next bargaining meeting.
