Dear member,
NBMLHD has proposed a realignment within HIRS. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- Management claim the proposal would result in a number of positive changes including improved career pathways, enhanced support and stronger professional networks, improved flexibility, and improved clarity around processes.
- The district has confirmed there would be no changes to staff grades or accountabilities, and changes would be limited to reporting line variations.
- The attached documentation includes the current and proposed organisational charts which highlight the proposed changes to reporting lines.
