A restructure within the Human Resources, Industrial & Employee Relations team is being proposed by NBMLHD. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
 

  • Management claim these changes are driven by significant reforms to Work Health & Safety legislation as well as expanded powers of the Industrial Relations Commission.
  • The proposed changes are significant and see the deletion of 5 Health Manager positions and replace them with 5 new positions, greatly impacting reporting line structures.
  • Management state that the new positions would be filled in accordance with the requirements of the Managing Excess Staff policy as well as the Workforce Mobility Placement policy.
