HNELHD IPS Restructure

HNELHD IPS Restructure

Thursday 12 February, 2026

HNELHD is proposed a restructure within the Infrastructure, Planning and Sustainability team. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.

  • The District claims changes are needed in order to improve the governance of the team by providing clearer reporting lines and reduce duplication of work across departments.
  • The proposal would see 10 positions have their reporting lines changed, with some of those positions also seeing minor changes to their position descriptions.
  • There would be no changes to classifications or job titles, and duties would remain aligned with the award.
