Organisational Development and Learning team Restructure at Hunter New England LHD (HNELHD)

HNELHD is proposing a restructure within the Organisational Development and Learning team. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • Management claims the proposal is intended to provide clear reporting lines that enable consistent direction, timely decision-making and improved access to guidance and coaching.
  • The proposed structure would also include two new Team Leader roles, as well as minor changes to the position descriptions for current roles: ODL Consultant and Senior Admin Officer.
  • Management confirms there would be no changes to existing job titles or classifications.
