HSU ACT Public Sector members Government wages offer

​HSU ACT Public Sector members have received wages offer from the Government. HSU members, below is what the Government thinks you are worth.
 
7% over 3 years
  • Year 1 increase of 3% (1.5% paid in July 2026 and 1.5% in February 2027)
  • Year 2 increase of 2.5% (1.25% paid in July 2027 and 1.25% paid in February 2028)
  • Year 3 increase of 2% (1% paid in July 2028 and 1% paid in February 2029)
  • Superannuation to increase by 0.5% (increase to 13% to commence in January 2028)
Workplace meetings will take place over the next few weeks to determine whether this offer goes straight to the pool room, or we tell the Government they are dreaming.
