North Block Redevelopment at John Hunter Hospital (JHH)

HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) has notified the HSU of proposed service changes relating to the redevelopment of the North Block at JHH. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
- HSNSW management have advised that this notification is only an initial courtesy at this stage, and that they will be providing Food and Environmental Services for Hunter New England LHD (HNELHD) to support the new development.
- HSNSW has advised that many of the impacts are still unknown, but consultation will continue as the process develops.
- HSNSW anticipates there could be impacts on staffing, rostering, and work areas, but again there are no clear details available at this stage.
