Patient Services & Information Department Realignment at Concord Hospital

Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) has advised the HSU of a proposed realignment of the Patient Administration Service (PAS) Training and Business Manager Support Manager and Outpatient Clinical Documentation Centre, Patient Services & Information Department (PSID) at Concord Repatriation General Hospital.
  • SLHD states the realignment better positions the teams for a successful transition to the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR). The current and proposed organisational charts are attached below.
     
  • The PAS Trainers and Training and Business Support Manager, PSID who currently report to the Operations Manager, PSID and subsequently to the Manager, Operations and Performance, CRGH will be formally realigned to report to the Health Information Manager (HIM), Health Information and Record Service (HIRS)
