Potential Roster Changes - Thompson Healthcare Cheltenham House
Friday 28 November, 2025
HSU members at Cheltenham House have raised concerns about management’s recent communication regarding potential roster changes, instructions to attend work while sick, and being required to find their own replacement when calling in sick.
- HSU members raised these matters with management and emphasised that no roster changes can be implemented without genuine consultation with staff and their representatives.
- HSU members retain the right to exercise their sick leave entitlements in accordance with, Thompson Health Care, NSWNMA ANMF NSW Branch and HSU New South Wales Branch Enterprise Agreement 2021.
Following the concerns raised by the HSU, HR has confirmed that they will review and investigate these issues and will be at Cheltenham House on 5/12/25.
