Update: Certificate IV-qualified employees at Thompson Health Care

Thompson Health Care has provided a further update on changes to pay and classification for Certificate IV-qualified employees.
- As part of ongoing discussions with the HSU, Thompson Health Care has decided to place the changes on hold until 1 March 2026.
- HSU representatives will be meeting with Thompson Health Care on 4 February 2026 to continue discussions.
