Proposed Restructure of the Workplace Trainer Role at Anglicare

Recently, Anglicare advised of a proposed restructure of the Workplace Trainer role across its 23 Residential Care Homes. You can view the full Anglicare correspondence here.
  • The decentralised Workplace Trainer function will be replaced with a centralised model, consisting of one Senior Capability Manager, four Regional Workplace Trainers, and two Clinical and Care Assessor positions.
  • HSU members currently employed as Workplace Trainers will be directly affected.
  • Anglicare has advised that redeployment opportunities for affected staff will be considered as part of the process.
