Rostering concerns at Bill McKenzie Gardens

HSU members at RSL Lifecare Bill McKenzie Gardens have raised concerns about published rosters being changed without agreement.
Your Enterprise Agreement clearly outlines your entitlements when it comes to your roster:
- Part time employees: the guaranteed minimum number of hours to be worked and the rostering arrangements which will apply to those hours are to be agreed in writing at the commencement of employment
- The roster must be published two weeks before the commencing date
- Changes can be made to the published roster with the agreement of the employer and affected employee/s
Has your published roster been changed without your agreement?
- Notify your Facility Manager that a change has been made without your agreement
- Contact the central rostering team to notify that you have not agreed to the change
- Advise them you want the change reverted to the original shift as detailed in the published roster
