Shift Time Changes at Gosford Laboratory

NSW Health Pathology (NSWHP) has notified the HSU of proposed changes to shift times within the Gosford haematology laboratory. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • Management claim this change is necessary to support staff in having an effective handover between the afternoon and night shift, while also reducing the need for the Transfusion department to provide coverage during the gap.
  • The proposed change would change the 1 x 13.30- 22.00 shift to 1x 14.00-22.30, Monday to Friday.
