​HSU Members have reported major workplace change without consultation at Calvary Tanilba Shores. Have you been asked to reduce your contracted hours and accept changes to current shift times?
 
Any major workplace change requires appropriate consultation, and members have the right to Union representation. No-one should be pressured into accepting a loss in contracted hours.
 
Your HSU Organiser Kerry will be on-site at Calvary Tanilba Shores this Thursday 27th November 9am to 3pm in the staff tea room.
