Major Workplace Change Consultation at Banksia Villages

Banksia Villages have notified HSU members of a consultation period for a major workplace change affecting Care Services Employees, Care Companions and Reception staff.
 
The proposed changes relate to:
  • Confirming the introduction of regular weekday short shifts
  • Amending the hours of weekend shifts
  • Reducing reception and Care Companion rostered shift hours

HSU members are encouraged to attend one of the information sessions to find out more. Consultation and feedback will close on 28 December 2025.
