Food Services Roster Changes at Maitland Hospital

Dear member,
 
HealthShare NSW (HSNSW) has notified the HSU of its intention to consult with staff and review the current Food Services staff rosters at Maitland Hospital. This is your opportunity to have a say on how this affects you.
  • HSNSW claims the proposed changes follow a request from the HSU to make changes to the master roster for Food Services.
  • Management plan to hold a formal Union Specific Consultative Committee where the current roster would be reviewed, feedback would be sought, and a new roster could be developed and prepared for a trial.
  • HSNSW notes that before any change is implemented, it would ensure they received feedback from all staff and allow a vote to occur on the roster. They will then monitor the impacts of any changes.
