PCW Hourly Rates at Beresford Hall

PCW Hourly Rates at Beresford Hall

Monday, 8 December 2025

HSU members at Beresford Hall have raised concerns regarding the current hourly rate for Personal Care Workers.

  • The base rate for direct care workers (classified as ‘ACE Level 3 Qualified’) from the first full pay period on/after 1 October 2025 is $34.59, while qualified care workers at your workplace were receiving $34.56 ph.

  • Clarification from management was requested by members on 28 November 2025.

  • Confirmation was received that some workers were underpaid by $0.03 ph and those affected staff have already received their backpay as of 2 December 2025.

If you believe your payslip does not reflect the correct rate, have not received backpay, or have further questions, please contact your organiser on hyojung.kim@hsu.asn.au or your Member Services Division on 1300 478 679.

Strong union action ensures transparency and correct pay.
