Site Redevelopment at MSHF and Your Rights

Management of Maronite Sisters of the Holy Family Marrickville has notified the HSU of a proposed demolition and rebuild of the Marrickville site (Village 1). The first consultation meeting has been called under clause 40 of your Enterprise Agreement (EA). Your HSU Organiser will attend the meeting with you.
Meeting: Wednesday 20 May 2026, 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm
Where: Village 2 Dining Room, 208 Wardell Road, Dulwich Hill.
Know your rights
- Under clause 40 of your Enterprise Agreement, management must provide all relevant information in writing about the change, its expected effects on you (hours, location, classification, workloads, job security and more), and measures to avert or mitigate adverse impacts.
- You can get advice and representation from your HSU delegate or HSU organiser throughout the process. HSU representation is for members only.
